At agentesIA we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what control you have over it.
1. What data we collect
We collect: (a) account data you give us when signing up — name, email, company, password (stored with bcrypt hash); (b) usage data — site interactions, navigation events and aggregate metrics that help us improve the product; (c) billing data handled by our payment processor MercadoPago, we don't store card numbers; (d) conversations the agent processes on your behalf, in your private workspace.
2. How we use the data
We use your data to: provide the contracted service, improve the product based on aggregate usage, communicate relevant changes and meet legal obligations. We don't sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Agent data and conversations
The conversations your agent holds with your customers are yours. We don't use them to train third-party models. We store them so you can audit and review them; you can export them any time. If you cancel, we delete them after 90 days unless the law requires us to retain them.
4. Data sharing
To operate agentesIA we use third-party services: Google Cloud Platform (infrastructure), MercadoPago (payments), Twilio or equivalent (messaging), Google Dialogflow CX (agent engine). Each one handles data according to its own policies, all with industry standards.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by writing to hola@tryagentesia.com. We respond within 15 business days.
6. Security
We apply industry-standard practices: HTTPS everywhere, passwords with bcrypt 12 rounds, secrets in Google Secret Manager, limited team access. No system is 100% secure; if you discover a risk, write to us.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use functional cookies (session) and aggregate usage metrics to understand how the site is used. We don't use ad cookies nor sell behavioral data. You can block functional cookies but the site may stop working correctly.
