This Privacy Policy explains how R2CLabs, the operator of agentesIA, collects, uses, and protects information related to the use of agentesIA.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use agentesIA, we may collect:
- Account data: such as your name, email address, organization, and other information provided when creating or administering an account.
- Usage data: technical information and events related to the use of the website, dashboard, and agentesIA features.
- Service data: configurations, knowledge bases, files, conversations, and other data processed through agentesIA on behalf of the customer.
- Support data: information you provide when contacting us.
- Subscription data: information about your selected plan, subscription status, and transactions needed to manage access to the service.
2. Payments
For purchases and subscriptions processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes the information necessary to complete the transaction.
R2CLabs may receive information from Paddle relating to the purchase, such as the customer, product, amount, transaction or subscription status, and other information needed to activate and manage the service.
R2CLabs does not receive or store full payment-card details for payments processed by Paddle.
Data processing carried out directly by Paddle is subject to Paddle's own policies and legal obligations.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and administer accounts;
- provide purchased features;
- process and display conversations and other customer data;
- administer plans and subscriptions;
- maintain security and prevent abuse;
- diagnose technical issues;
- provide support;
- improve the operation and user experience of the product;
- communicate important changes relating to the service; and
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Conversations and data processed by agents
Conversations, knowledge bases, configurations, and other information you upload to agentesIA remain yours or belong to their respective rights holders.
We process that data only to the extent necessary to provide and operate the requested features.
R2CLabs does not use your customers' conversations to train third-party models.
Data may be processed by technology providers where necessary to perform the features you configure.
When your relationship with agentesIA ends, we delete service data after 90 days unless certain data must be retained for longer in order to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or protect our rights.
5. Providers and third parties
To operate agentesIA, we use technology providers that may process information on our behalf or as independent controllers depending on the services they provide.
These may include:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) for infrastructure and storage;
- Paddle for payments, billing, and transaction management;
- messaging and communication-channel providers;
- artificial-intelligence providers used to perform certain features;
- authentication, monitoring, support, and communications services; and
- integrations that the customer chooses to connect.
We share only the information necessary to provide those functions or where another lawful basis applies.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers may process information outside the country in which the user or customer is located.
Where applicable, we use providers and mechanisms intended to provide an appropriate level of protection in accordance with applicable law.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain the account, and meet our obligations.
Specific retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and its purpose.
Service data subject to the post-cancellation deletion policy is handled as described in section 4.
