At agentesIA, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what control you have over it.
1. What data we collect
We collect: (a) account data you provide when signing up — name, email, company and password, stored using a bcrypt hash; (b) usage data — site interactions, navigation events and aggregate metrics that help us improve the product; (c) billing data handled by our payment processor, MercadoPago. We do not store card numbers; (d) conversations the agent processes on your behalf in your private workspace.
2. How we use the data
We use your data to provide the contracted service, improve the product based on aggregate usage, communicate relevant changes and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Agent data and conversations
The conversations your agent has with your customers are yours. We do not use them to train third-party models. We store them so you can audit and review them, and you can export them at any time. If you cancel, we delete them after 90 days unless the law requires us to retain them.
4. Data sharing
To operate agentesIA, we use third-party services: Google Cloud Platform for infrastructure, MercadoPago for payments, Twilio or an equivalent provider for messaging, and Google Dialogflow CX as the agent engine. Each provider handles data according to its own policies and industry standards.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by using the contact form. We respond within 15 business days.
6. Security
We apply industry-standard practices: HTTPS everywhere, passwords protected with bcrypt, secrets stored in Google Secret Manager and limited team access. No system is 100% secure; if you discover a risk, write to us.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use functional cookies for sessions and aggregate usage metrics to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies or sell behavioral data. You can block functional cookies, but the site may stop working correctly.
