Refund Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Refund Policy applies to agentesIA purchases and subscriptions processed through Paddle.
1. Payment processing
For these transactions, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record.
This means Paddle processes the purchase and is responsible for payment, billing, and refund-related aspects of the transaction.
R2CLabs provides and licenses the agentesIA service.
2. Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period and does not automatically create a prorated refund for the remaining days in that period.
3. Refunds
Except where a mandatory right to a refund applies under applicable law, purchases and renewals are not automatically refundable.
Refund requests may be evaluated taking into account:
- the date of the transaction;
- the reason for the request;
- the use made of the service;
- any material errors or technical issues;
- Paddle's applicable terms; and
- any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted by contract.
4. How to request a refund
For a purchase processed through Paddle, you may start a refund request using:
- the options available in the receipt or confirmation email sent by Paddle;
- the subscription-management link provided by Paddle; or
- Paddle's buyer-support service.
You may also contact us through the agentesIA contact form if you need help relating to the service.
5. Processing a refund
Refunds for transactions completed through Paddle are processed by Paddle.
R2CLabs does not directly return funds to a buyer for a transaction in which Paddle acted as Merchant of Record.
Where R2CLabs agrees with a customer that a refund is appropriate, we will request or authorize its processing through Paddle in accordance with the applicable procedures.
The refund method, timing, and other conditions will be subject to Paddle and applicable law.
6. Access after a refund
Where all or a substantial part of a purchase or subscription period is refunded, we may end or restrict access to the features associated with that purchase.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy when our products, providers, commercial terms, or legal requirements change.
The applicable version will be the version published on the website, without prejudice to rights already held by a buyer in relation to an earlier transaction.
