By using agentesIA you accept these terms. If you disagree, don't use the service. These terms apply both to the public site and the admin panel.
1. What is agentesIA
agentesIA is a SaaS service to create and operate AI conversational agents for customer support across multiple channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Email, etc). We provide it under a monthly subscription model.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, keeping your password safe and all activity done under your account. You can close it any time from the panel.
3. Payments and subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly via MercadoPago. Billing renews automatically. You can cancel any time from the panel; cancellation doesn't refund the current period but stops the next one. If a charge fails, we notify you and suspend the service until regularized.
4. Acceptable use
You can't use agentesIA for: sending spam or unsolicited messages, distributing illegal content, impersonation, fraud automation or any activity against the law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Availability
We do everything reasonable to keep the service available, but don't guarantee 100% uptime. The Premium plan includes an explicit SLA, others are provided best-effort.
6. Intellectual property
The software, brand, design and code of agentesIA are ours. What you create inside the product (agent knowledge base, conversations, configuration) is yours and you can export it any time.
7. Limitation of liability
agentesIA is provided as-is, without warranties beyond those imposed by law. We're not responsible for indirect damages derived from use or unavailability of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount billed in the 12 months prior to the event.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the change is relevant, we notify you by email 30 days in advance. If you keep using the service after the effective date, you accept the new terms.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Uruguayan law. Any dispute is resolved in courts of Montevideo.
